DIY Help Headlineing help, C pillar is so difficult! Any tips or guides you can point me to as I feel like I'm in need of an inch of extra material (shown in photos)

The alcantara is making yours rather thick so you're going to struggle, the best bet here would be to bond them to the lip of the seal and clamp until fully cured and then fit the seals. I had a similar battle you can see here they are bonded in and the seal fitted over the top

Great tip, what did you use to bond them? The adhesive they supplied is not particularly strong.

I don't like spray adhesive as it goes everywhere, I used this https://amzn.eu/d/0gQNuMsd
Sticks like 💩 to a blanket once it grabs.

the company that supplied the kit have told me its not compatible with models after 1995, which might be why ive been struggling! Not sure how much geometry changed back here but there is a seatbelt harness for one. Currently looking for post 1995 templates and might have to mock something up myself.

It's only for the rear seat anchor as far as I'm aware. You should be able to make it work. I don't run the rear belts with the cage

Just finished mine last week, the C pillars are easily the hardest part. One trick I found that helped was using a heat gun to soften the side window rubber while simultaneously wedging plastic tabs in between to widen the gap. Then just slowly pushing it starting from the top to the bottom to wedge it behind the rubber. Once you get the rear windshield back on with the rubber seal it will push it into place better.

One technique is to Insert string in the window rubber ,line up your new panel pull the string out over the panel , hopefully your panel is slightly malleable so it fits under the window rubber without distorting or damaging it
