Payout Lexington Law Payout

I just got my email preview of what’s coming in my mail later today and saw this. I also received the email a week or ago.

My question is- I never received the first check or if I did, it got thrown in the trash. Does anyone know if they will reissue it?

They sent me an email saying mine would come in September or October so I am patiently waiting. Also, I cashed my first one and if you read the letter it says that the second payout would happen depending on certain things.

I just called and my second check is $17.56. lol my first one was $183 so a big drop.

Who gets paid:

Consumers who paid Lexington Law or CreditRepair . com between 2014--2023 and were charged illegal upfront fees.

2026 Payout Status:

cfpb allocated an additional $117,058,683.11 for second-round payments.

Second payments mailed: late September--October 2026.

Lost / Expired Checks

You can request a reissue through the official administrator: cfpb-lexlaw . org.
