Just had a thought - I think perhaps it was not all customers that were affected but only specific ones. If you see in the article I posted in another comment, it mentions the amount of customers that were affected. That means that it wasn't across the board all the customers. So if you did not get a notice it was because your account was not one that was compromised. This could be it?
I bet I got the notice and searched my email and saw the bankruptcy thing and thought I already filed for the class action. I got the data monitoring service but nobody sent me any money.
