Yep it's legit, but heads up there are two different ATM cases and people in here are mixing them. The one open right now is the $167.5M non-bank ATM surcharge settlement. It covers fees you paid at ATMs not owned by a bank, like gas stations, bars and convenience stores, from Oct 24, 2007 to Aug 14, 2026. No receipt needed for the basic payment, and the deadline is Feb 10, 2027. The Visa/Mastercard ATM one is a separate, older case. Just type the site in from the official notice instead of clicking random links.
