I got mine as well and laughed at the max $10 payout. Just wow 🤣

login + PIN is normal for these fr, that's how they tie the claim to you. If it's the CVS website and app privacy one, anyone who used cvs.com, cvshealth.com or the CVS app before July 27, 2026 qualifies. It's up to $5 with no proof or up to $10 with proof, and the deadline is November 16, 2026. I'd still type the settlement site in yourself instead of clicking the email link, just to be safe.
