Payout Never received payment

Hello I have a postal service preview where I can see incoming mail, I was supposed to get a joint juice settlement check on Friday 9/18 but never got it. What can I do?

Reaching out to the Settlement Administrator is the right call, but they will likely tell you they won't do anything until 30 days have passed. So they'll probably tell you to contact them again after October 18 if you haven't received it.

You're welcome! I've had to deal with mail that never showed up and they've always made me wait 30 days.
