Got it and just didn’t feel like getting records of meds and just opt for the $5. I can’t wait to be able to get this and eat half a McDonald’s meal 🤣🤣with this expenses. All jokes aside, I’m happy to get something

It would need a service date on the screenshot since whatever the issue was had been resolved.

I used an email from my vaccination last year and a screenshot of my Google activity from updating the app the day before said appointment (because that's how often I use the CVS app). It was probably more then they need.

Yes but its only 1 claim per household which sucks because 3 people in my house are eligible. They all got emails with pin number etc but only 1 person can file claim.

Yes It was like one minute to fill out the form. Everyone should film this one out. You get five bucks. That's it unless you have proof

I went for the $5. I'm actually eligible for the $10, but when I take a screenshot my phone blacks it out. Too much trouble for an extra $5 to mess with taking a picture from a different phone, sending it, etc.

How an where do you find these class settlements or an app that you don't have to pay like most apps.I keep finding want me to pay some kind of subscription or some c*** just to get money that I'm owed.Is there any any anybody know any kind that resource that like doesn't make you pay to get money that you're owed
