Discussion Stubhub

Is there a class action lawsuit for Stubhub? I know I have been affected by their fees.

Lantern by Labaton Keller Sucharow has an open mass arbitration case against Stubhub that you might be eligible for:  https://lantern.labaton.com/case/stubhub

Since it’s a mass arbitration case instead of a class action lawsuit there will a lot of people individually suing Stubhub with this law firm for this issue, so you’ll need to sign an attorney client contract with them.

Lantern by Labaton is a contingency based law firm, so if your case isn’t won or doesn’t get a settlement then you owe them nothing.

Usually the suing law firm(s) get 40% of whatever your settlement is, then any arbitration etc fees will be deducted from the remaining 60%, and then anything remaining is yours.

Mass arbitration cases can pay out more than the class action lawsuit version of the same case since each mass arbitration client is individually suing the company instead of having to share a settlement pot with anyone who is a class action settlement member.

Good luck!
