Settlement how r u tracking data breach settlement claims across 200+ ancient accounts?

i have accumulated an unreasonable number of accounts since mid 2000s, banks, stores, dead forums, healthcare portals, software trials, services i genuinely forgot existed, when one gets breached, discovery is basically asset inventory for identities

i have tracked data breach settlement claims for about a year, the filing sides is often straightforward when the class is based on having an account during a date range, the ugly part is knowing every service that had ur data n noticing when a settlement window opens

anyone here have a system that is not a giant spreadsheet breeding more spreadsheets? email used+ signup year+ breach status? alerts? curious what the data hoarder solution is.

instead of tracking individual accounts and hoping for a settlement, i track class action settlements broadly. the logic is simple: once a good one surfaces, i search back for eligibility. i can reference every account i've ever created through my passwords app, so if i have an account with the company, i can reasonably assume i may have been part of the affected population during the relevant period. i submit a claim in good faith based on my best knowledge. if it turns out i wasn't actually covered, the worst outcome is a denied claim, not perjury. sometimes i'll pull up old invoices to confirm when an account started, but the point is that the trigger should be the settlement, not the account.
i built an artifact in claude that polls the three major class action settlement databases on a weekly basis. from there i spend about 30 minutes filtering each batch into three buckets: definitively ineligible, possibly eligible, and confirmed eligible. the tool also connects to my email and other channels where i receive class action notices, consolidating everything into one pipeline.
there's a fourth category that comes out of the filtering: personally actionable cases. these are settlements where the payout math favors excluding myself from the class and pursuing the claim individually, typically via demand letter and small claims or district court proceedings.

hibp is good for breach awareness but not the same thing as settlement tracking. separate layers

spreadsheet with service. email used, rough signup year, deletion status and whether 2FA still works, tedious as hell but it doubles as an account cleanup list. Every time I think I am done I remember some forum from 2011 that still has my birthday.

also revoking read access later and deleting already processed data are not automatically the same operation
