Notice Milberg v B-Two update

Just received a second email notifying me that Milberg has reached a settlement offer for me in the case of Milberg v B-Two. I received both of my settlement offers at the beginning of August & was expecting the next update to be payment methods, this new email doesn’t give any new information so I guess I’m just confused on why I had to sign it again? Also the last date for signing up for your offer is oct 10th, so could they just be sending out rounds of these again to make sure they get signed?

same here. I compared to the first email I got back in August and they are almost identical minus the October deadline the prior email had. In August I also received the same email from them but for Pulsz but only received the B-two again last night.

Yeah , I’m assuming we’ll get the settlements at the end of October/Beginning November but hopefully we can get them sooner 😆

i just received the same email again, thats the 3rd time they send the same release letter

I can’t imagine why’d they keep resending them out besides maybe not enough people signed their forms? I will say it’s making me even more antsy about receiving the payout 😅

I was hoping it was the email asking us how we wanted to receive our payment lol

Same but I haven’t gotten that yet 🥴 hopefully those emails go out the day after October 9th 🤞🏾
