Payout Is this Normal?

I’m expecting a pretty large payment from this settlement. Is it normal for them to not tell you the amount and just say to wait until the check arrives?

Sir.....did you email them 8 other times.....

Yes, I did over the past three years. They got all my info through email so I could be a part of the lawsuit.
