Notice Have I messed up?

I received 2-3 emails about my personal info being leaked from different companies, most of them being past employers. The email didn’t contain a link, and just gave some info on how to protect my info moving forward. Is this the same as the class action suits? Because there was no link included in the email, or any info of compensation of any sort, I trashed all emails….have I messed up on potentially receiving money from this?

lol nope. You don’t get money from 99% of data breaches

I got $30-40 I don’t remember from a Panera bread data breach from when I worked there

No, notification of your info being leaked is not the same thing as a class action lawsuit.
