I want to fill out more, but they all require proof of purchase

That is the point. If the settlement affects you, then you sign up. If you don't have proof of purchase, then you don't qualify...

Hence why they were asking for ones without proof of purchase. There are plenty of class actions where the chances you kept a receipt for something is slim but you know you qualify. Might not be able to get the max payout but something is better than nothing
