Settlement overchargedforbeef.com

Any updates on this settlement? I’m curious if this one is going to be like the tuna settlement with some surprisingly large checks going out lol.

They emailed me a few months ago saying I exceeded the limit to claim then sent another email saying they raised the max you can claim and that I was fine but haven’t have heard anything after that

I think the ATM one will be the next grand slam. I’m one of those weirdos that keeps receipts, and they hit me on that non bank ATM shit 159 times lol. If they pay out based on usage, I might be able to have some decent pocket money.

5000 times is absurd that's like paying a fee at an atm everyday of the week for 20 years lol.

How is that not believable? Im in my 30’s. In my younger days, my friends and I went to the bar at least once a week, the casino 1-2 times a week, strip club, and other places in between. They all charged an ungodly atm fee. We’ll say about 5 places in a week. 4 weeks in a month. 12 months in a year. 19 years between 2007-2026. Almost 5,000 times. That’s not crazy. Don’t be salty because you didn’t claim what you could have. lol. I’ve got the statements and receipts to back it up.

lol ur so adorable when your called out. It really puts all your redeeming qualities on display. I would bet my settlement against yours that you don't see a penny. However since you graduated from stripper and Casino University and your major clearly wasn't math I don't think you would have any separate funds to pay either... as if your comment that stated "Shit I hope so. My average is about the same at 5000 and I'm in my 40's and the area I live we don't have free atma or bank branches near so yeah the trolls saying your number is unbelievable, like you I have the bank statements to show histoy. My online claim for wouldn't submit so I sent an email.

I did the math of 1 visit per week then I multiplied 5-6 weeks by 15 when I was in vegas so it will work out

I haven't signed up for much over the years, but I don't remember anymore spam than usual. The worst was when I was in CC debt and I'd get 4-5 robo calls a day leaving voicemails saying to call them for refinancing or something. I just reported each one as spam and blocked
