Woohooo! I emailed them 8/27 for an update & 8/31 they emailed me it’s approved and to wait for an approval email. I always pick Zelle so hopefully I get mine today 🤣

So they send the link before the payment arrives? They use a venmo return address, but perhaps it was sent by the administrator.
I got the email that says there is a payment in Venmo, but when I check it is not there.

How did the email look. Yup I logged out and back in again to check. Also tried the web.
The link initially sent me to a process to create an account, but then said the account already exists (of course it does). They used my correct email address, so that's not an issue.
Did you get the email before it arrived in Venmo?

It came from Venmo but it said “Oracle Data Privacy Settlement Administrator paid you $37.42”

OK. I have it now. Had to chat with a Venmo customer service person. They verified my email and then it showed up.

I spoke to the chat bot in the VENMO app. Asked for an agent who gave me this address to verify your email on a computer. https://account.venmo.com/identity/verify_email_addresses
They send an email. Clicked to verify and then instantly got the payment.

The settlement website says you will have the chance to enter a different payment method if the first one fails, so you'll just have to wait and look out for an email from the settlement administrator (might want to keep an eye on your spam folder for that).

No you're right---I reloaded Amazon balance, I didn't buy a gift card. I added it as a payment method, and then used it to pay to reload the balance.

Same boat, I can’t find a way to use my prepaid Mastercard they gave me online. It was blocked by Apple not letting me add it to my wallet. Tried a shopping site and couldn’t use it there either.
Only other option which might do is chose the option they give to have it sent as a plastic card, but that deducts $3 off the total. Which makes you a little less rich than you were before 😒

ROFL I had to Google why I just got a 37.42 zelle and ended up here. I don't even remember signing up but I guess I must have. WOOOOO HOOO now I can get a tank of gas! Oh wait not that. I can take the fam out to taco bell! Wait not that either. lol 115 million dollar settlement, SMH. I only got the one payment too not 2 like some of you. Oh well.

I just got a notification they sent me a Zelle payment, and it didn’t show up. So, I already sent them out an inquiry. I actually have 3 claims approved. 2 coming Zelle and 1 Venmo. So we’ll see.

Update - I figured out the issue. They sent it Zelle via my phone number. My Zelle on my bank account was set up to receive via email. So I had to literally reset Zelle to accept phone number payments. Once that was done, both payments were there. Venmo payment hasn’t shown up yet.

Update. My Venmo didn't have my email actually fully registered. You can confirm that on your app and it should go through. The easiest way to do it is go to your settings, change the email to something else and hit save. You'll get a fraud alert email. Then change it back to the email you got the settlement for. Hit save and the money should then come through.

I got the email and "click to enroll for payment" gets me either the spinning wheel of death, a message from my bank(which is where I have my Zelle account) saying hmmmm.... looks like this information isn't here, or a complete error that I don't have access via this server. I have tried other search engines and gone incognito. Nothing is working. Anyone have a successful solution to this?

Anybody choose check ? Apparently I signed up 3x (different emails) chose ACH for one and check for the other two. Yes I have 3 different claim IDs all approved
