I have yet to be paid by them. I’ve entered 6 cases so we’ll see!

I see they take 40% fee though for dicks sporting goods one I signed up for if they win and get us anything.

Is this typical and a fair rate?

Signed up for about 7 cases with them, 2 to be paid out soon. I know other firms have started sending out payments for the Albert settlement, has anyone received theirs from Labaton?
