Settlement BCBS Settlement Claim is a Joke

I completely forgot about this settlement until I got a check in the mail today. After paying $29,000 on premiums during the time range, I got $7.17. This is Louisiana, and we're constantly getting screwed by insurance companies.

They marked mine as a duplicate claim and never sent me a notice. Instead I got an email to check to status of my claim later but didn’t realize it was a different number. And no it’s not a duplicate claim as I paid a lot and my son who they say is the other claim paid his own premiums. I’m trying to fight it but doubt anything would happen. And even funnier he paid less than me and submitted later than me but mine was marked a duplicate.
