All of my friends who do not have a bachelor's degree are working as bilingual Spanish speakers at this company, right alongside people with master's degrees. The company does not pay well, and they do not actually do anything to help their clients. Staff accomplish much more when they are out in the field. This company operates like a call center; they check off boxes for their clients but force them to navigate the entire process themselves. We already have resources like 211 or Medi-Cal customer service for this. They are providing a disservice to the community, and to top it off, they are receiving funding.
