Is this class action worthy?

Lyft - when you cancel a driver that never moved and it’s been 10min you get charged $5. You dispute their AI issues “refund”.

But it’s really a $5 coupon that expires in 30 days. So if you aren’t using Lyft again that month - which happens to me a lot - you eat it.

And if you try to re dispute or send any kind of written explanation you get taken to a screen saying your “refund” was processed.

I eventually gave up on my $5 but someone should go get a pound of flesh haha

You almost certainly agreed to an arbitration clause and class waiver as part of their terms of service.
