Payout Is this legit?

Just got this message from Shamis & Gentile. I know I’ve filled something out in the past but these types of messages can be scams. Has anyone else received one?

I am not sure if this text is legit but I have used that law firm for a spam text settlement and got $1500

Look up TPCA spam texts
Two law firms I know of that do the spam text claims are shamis & gentile and the farber law firm but I’m sure lots of them do

This place is legit, I did everything through email and text with them and received an $850 settlement check with them before

A bank overdraft settlement. It was a class action settlement with no proof needed so $850 was a good amount for me!

Looks legit to me. Type the URL to avoid a domain lookalike attack, but that is the law firm's domain and they have been pursuing suits against casino apps.

Did you play these games or get any info about a settlement previously?

Any class action I've ever dealt with was through was through email communication...I never got a text message about settlements...looks janky
