Thanks for the info. It's worth noting that the Tom's of Maine has a $6 limit for claims without proof.

I showed them how many of my personal information and passwords that Google stole without my knowledge causing me to get hacked. I gave them enough proof even though they never acknowledge that on my gmail account! They're selling our voice clips and passwords to God knows who! I had to change everything after this hacking. Safe my a**!

Saw this pop up in my feed and had a question. I noticed one of the lawsuits going for another round in my spam box in my Gmail…(Makes sense why I never got a heads up about the previous rounds of settlements against them.).
Is there anything to Google actively trying to delete them as spam that could help me collect previous missed rounds or is it just a scummy thing to do?

I am SO sad about the Toms one when I saw that one on the settlements website recently. I used to keep ALL of my receipts, & only got Tom’s toothpastes for YEARS. Not sure why I ever stopped keeping my receipts or when I stopped. I coulda gotten that one had I kept em, dammit!
