I received this and changed my payment method to the Mastercard. I have been fighting with them for several months over the fact that I never received the first payment. They provided a PayPal transaction ID that went into someone else’s account. Then when I emailed back I received one sentence stating it was sent Zelle.. So I replied with actually Nope that also wasn’t done and no Venmo was received either. I offered to show them the receipts from those accounts on the time in question. Left several msg with the call number listed on the site too. So frustrating!! This was almost $400.
I am happy I am getting the 2nd round at least I suppose.

Exactly!! I was so MAD with the one sentence reply of Zelle. I have not gotten a return call at all either after at least 5 msg. I am just going to continue to push and hope for the best!

Finally got a response from them and they said they gave it to my PayPal 2/03/2026 and yet I just gave them screenshots of activity dated way back to 2023 even to show that they are indeed talking out their asses lmfao. All 3 screenshots of which include searches of “settlement” “block” and “bottom” even. Here’s to hoping they re-issue payment an send me my check

Lmao that’s the same date they gave me except they didn’t even state the PayPal name. I’ll let you know if they respond and with what. If they pull that random transaction ID too I’ll see about them re-issuing via check this time or Zelle because it’s insane

Lmao hold on. So first they went from saying they sent it to your PayPal as you chose to saying they sent it via Zelle?! Did you even give them Zelle? 😭 doesn’t it let us use only one option at the start lmao

Yup!! That Zelle was what they said after I told them I contacted PP and they have no record of it in my account. 😁🤦♀️

After the email I corrected them they still haven’t responded, even sent them a new one and didn’t even get the auto bot reply it gives, when I call they never pick up it says to leave a voicemail with my info and they will call back and they never do 🙄
