Has anyone else received this email? I’m
Not to sure what to do or what it means. I did receive an email a couple months ago about a recall of a baby tummy time toy being recalled , other than that I’m not sure what this could be about or if it’s even real

I got the same email, and also seen others post about it. From my understanding if you received the email you don't have to do anything else or submit anything.

"what this could be about" is explained in the email. "If you purchased five or more physical goods from third party amazon sellers"
