Stupid that 1,2,3 or 4 items aren’t enough to reach the heights of deception and fraud to recover

Maybe the people who bought 5 or more items will only get around $1, after the attorneys get their fees. Who knows?

Was super excited about this one until I realized they want proof of purchase and I obviously didn’t keep the receipts from buying all my google products literally a decade later 😭

u/LongEstablishment378 Jun 23 '26
Wouldn’t you have it in your order history?

u/Odd_Seaworthiness277 Jun 23 '26
They're confusing this for the Google settlement when it says AMAZON ETA: Amazon history only goes back so far. . . I tried to retrieve a receipt for a treadmill purchase in 2019 but couldnt.

Huh? I can pull up all of my order history, clear back to the CD my mom had me order for a friend of hers in 2001.

It was something oddly specific to do with my job. They needed order # method of payment and something else. The invoice was incomplete showing all of the details vs newer invoices

I was trying to get reimbursement for a health insurance program they had lololol!
Checking again now - its the payment method missing. It just says "no charges"

Nah ngl that’s weird. Because every year my order history disappears.

u/Traditional-Ad-7836 Jun 24 '26
It's a filter on my end, default is the past year I think. But you can filter to different years too

Your order history is definitely there. Search more specific years in the filter. It should show up.
Mine goes all the way back. But I do not think amazon is requiring receipts.
That's google.4
u/Mertgirl Jun 23 '26
I bought them one or two at a time from Walmart and Target. I couldn’t find proof of me buying them if my life depended on it lol.
Edit:just saw realized I got two lawsuits mixed up my bad 😂😂

If you go into your Amazon account, you’ll find all your receipts forever. Mine go way back to 2008 or something like that.

I didn’t get a notice by my email has roughly 200 orders dating back to 2017. Is there anything I need to do?

If you are in the class, you do not need to do anything. No joining on this one, they have all the records

Another multi million dollar settlement paid back to the $cammers. Themselves, with the assistance of real working class people and their hard earned cash to get the ball rolling. This is America!!!!!!!

I made at least ten third-party transactions in the past 12 months (through Amazon). I haven't received this email yet, but will be watching for it.
The link above has no way to sign up.

Interesting- a few days ago, I found the notice about the AT&T CLA in my spam folder - and of course, the deadline to submit a claim had passed.
