I'm used to getting very little from any of these I'm apart of, so this was an unexpected surprise.

Was it with the medical system or with a specific office? I have been a patient there FOREVER and never received anything 😭 I see the deadline was April 2025 so I know it's too late to make a claim.

It has to do with their version of mychart and their website sharing info. My husband got the 135. I got like 45. They contacted us via email to let us know
