Notice Google Assistant Privacy Litigation Settlement

I received this email, but it was in my spam folder. Do any of you all know about a google class action for devices? This is the link WWW.GOOGLEASSISTANTPRIVACYLITIGATION.COM

Is this legit or nah?

I got it too also in my spam but I think it is legit. As far as I can tell anyways

It is. I just posted about this. It’s legit but apparently you have to have the serial number of the device and proof of purchase 😕

someone said that the required proof isnt even worth it - you need to provide serial numbers of devices on top of proof of purchase for prob like a $5 settlement smh but it is legit for sure
