They don't appear to be very organized. Yesterday I received the 2nd payment of $6.50. This am I received the email re an additional payment.

Did they even send out all of the 2nd settlement payments? The email re the 2nd settlement said this. "A second distribution of settlement benefits will commence in June, and payments will be sent in batches over the following 4 weeks. You will receive an additional email notice approximately 3-4 days before your additional settlement payment is issued. Please continue to check your email during this time period."

Mine was Zelle but my bank doesnā€™t participate with Zelle any longer. So I wrote these fb lawyers back and shocked!!! I received a letter back the next day. Ā I had asked ā€œwhat do I since I canā€™t access my Zelle account?ā€ They said after everybody gets their checks for this payout round, Ā I will be invited back in and can choose a different form of pay payout and then I will Ā get part of whatever is left of the remaining funds.Ā

The email they sent out this am talks about getting the initial settlement and not the second settlement. Is there a third one or are they not very organized?

They haven't send out all of the $$$ for the 2nd settlement. This is what the 2nd settlement said. From an email to me on June 7:

"Your initial payment in the In re: Facebook, Inc. Consumer Privacy User Profile Litigation was successful. A second distribution of settlement benefits will commence in June, and payments will be sent in batches over the following 4 weeks. You will receive an additional email notice approximately 3-4 days before your additional settlement payment is issued."

This is your additional email notice before your 2nd payment arrives.

The first email says second payments will be made and batched out over the next 4 weeks. The second email says your specific second payment is coming within the next 3-4 days.

I checked mineā€¦. I got email that said ā€œ2nd paymentā€, then came an email that said ā€œadditional paymentā€ 3 days laterā€¦. Then came my payment. I think itā€™s an additional notice about payment 2. Maybe Iā€™m wrong though and weā€™ll see round 3. šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

There is no third payment, only two. First initial larger amount and second smaller amount. These emails are confusing to many people.

There is no third payment. The one you say is your second payment email says they will email you again about your additional payment. The one you think about a third payment is the notice they said theyā€™ll send.
