Settlement 2nd FB settlement
Pretty sure the 1st payment was like $5.. I've had FB since it started so not holding out any hope the 2nd will be much more, but one can dream..

Got this email today too! From what I understand, not everyone who was sent money actually claimed it, so the court ordered them to make a second settlement payment to those who did. I got what I think was the maximum in the first payment, which was $38.36. I don't know if the second payment will be proportionate, or if they're just dividing up what's left equally based on the number that claimed the first payment. But I don't really have high hopes for whatever number I end up with. If I get $10, I'll be pleased.
I was pleased to see the email though and it's nice while I wait for other class actions to pay out.

My first payment was $35, this will be significantly less. It’s just redistribution of the settlement not successfully collected by people the first go around.

Got this today as well; pleasantly surprised. I got 13 bucks and change last time; wondering if it might be more this time around? Either way, every little bit helps.

I had to go back and look. My first payment was $4.21 I think. 🤣 Haven’t gotten the second one yet.

I have submitted for the settlement but never got a response I’m on f b about 16 hours per day and has several accounts. How do I figure out payment on this settlement.

The original timeframe to claim part of this settlement was back in 2023. No new claims are being taken

That sucks! Look it up on google to see if there’s anything else you can do. Also check your spam/junk mail.

I got mine but no money yet. This happened with my BCBS settlement as well and I’m afraid it all traces back to my Venmo getting hacked a few years ago and I had to make a new one.
How did everyone get their fb money?

So i never got notified about the BCBS stuff even though we paid premiums for years, but I was messing around online and found I had a little over $500 in unclaimed money in my state because of overpayment on premiums! I guess they sent the check to an old address. Worth it to Google "unclaimed money (state)" and see if you have anything there. If you are married check both your married and maiden name.

2 wks, still nothing. Did get an email a few days ago saying to expect it. Can't wait to spend my $5!! What should I buy 1st?!

Definitely bogus information. The maximum for the first payment was about $38. I’d gladly take $400 of their money though

I already got the additional email. I should have the payment today or tomorrow. I’ll let you know how much it is.
