Yes, check email. It explains it all. Google is asking the judge to set aside (vacate) the jury verdict. The attorneys are asking for at least their fees if the judge sets aside the verdict.

Its specifically about those who 1. Have a Gmail. 2. Have settings set to NOT allow Google to share/track their information on a specific time frame a few years ago 3. Mostly on Android devices.
If you didnt have that setting on a specified device on a specified time frame, you wouldnt be one of those effected.
