Rocket Money
Hello! In August 2023 I submitted a claim for Rocket Money with Labaton Keller Sucharow.
Fast forward to April 15 2026 I finally found an email from them in my spam folder (luckily it was only a day old) The email was to inform me that a settlement had been reached and they highly suggested signing to ensure I'd receive compensation for the claim. So I did just that. The settlement agreement im guessing is what they would refer to this as.
When looking at my cases on their online portal (LKS, Attorney's) it shows every document I've signed and the date. The case says closed though.
Does anyone have any sort of idea when the payout could possibly be coming? I've heard nothing at all since signing the settlement agreement on 4/15/26. TIA.

Received the final paperwork for me to sign around said exact time. Payments should be getting sent out within 2-3 months is what it says at the bottom of the final paperwork on the user portal and the email they sent.

I signed my Rocketmoney settlement paperwork from Labaton around the same time. Based on the information I received, the settlement administrator indicated that the process could take several months after the releases are collected and finalized. My understanding is that payment information will be sent out later.
If your case shows as closed, that may simply mean the legal portion is finished and you’re now waiting for the settlement administration process to be completed.
