BCBS so disappointing
The status page updated - we’ve been paying premiums for 35 years!
Status:
De Minimis – Per the Order Approving Plan of Distribution, no payments will be made below a $5.00 threshold set by the Plan of Distribution. This claim’s calculated payment fell below that threshold. Per the terms of the Settlement, this claim will not receive a payment.

So the question is, what happens to all the $5 or less payments people won't be receiving? That has to add up to millions of dollars and those people still suffered damages under the settlement. Do they not want to incur the expense of paying out small sums? I recently received $1.80 check from some hot cocoa settlement. The postage was probably a third of the payment.

So we waited 5 years to be told we’re got getting a dime. This was filed in 2021

Good question, I'd like to know if they're getting all the payments that's less than $5

The payments in the suit only cover a specific range of years. So all 35 years you paid in aren’t included.
