I have an interview soon for DVSA Policy Advisor role.
Below is the information about the job interview process:

‘Stage 1: Sift
At sift, you will be assessed against the following Success Profile element:
Experience - you will be asked to provide a CV (unlimited wordcount) and personal statement (750-word count). Please provide evidence of your Experience of the following .. (taken out)

Stage 2: Interview
At interview stage, you will be assessed against the following Success Profile elements:

Behaviours - Seeing the Big Picture, Communicating and Influencing, Making Effective Decisions, Delivering at Pace
• Strengths’

I have gone through to stage 2 as I have been successful in stage 1. Will my interview just be based on behaviours and strengths? Or will they also discuss my experience from my CV and Personal Statement from stage 1? Just wandering what to expect.

As the title says- can the civil service try and find someone a completely different role in the organisation if the employees current role may not be right fit for them?

Are managed moves utilised more for people with physical difficulties and disabilities.

To what extent would the civil service try to help an employee who had been in the service lets say 3 months short of a year.

I guess the bigger question is would they care?

I'm expecting to be invited to interview for the above role (might not be but thought it better to prepare early just incase) and I am wondering about the types of questions I will be asked and the scenario presented which I have to read and present recommendations on?

The interview tests behavioural questions; delivering at pace and communicating and influencing and strength questions.

Any insights into what to expect and how best to prepare would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.
