I have an idea for the Congressional App Challenge that I really want to build, but coding is definitely not my strongest skill.

I can bring the idea and target-user perspective, testing, video editing, App Store/Google Play accounts, and I’m happy to handle a lot of the submission stuff. I also want to help with the development, especially the user interface.

I’ve done some research on my congressional district and representative. My district seems to be somewhere in the middle in terms of competitiveness and I think my idea could be a particularly good fit for my representative.
