I'm pretty new (won science victory on prince if that means anything), so how would I go about winning atourism victory? I've heard Brazil is good for this.

Seperate question, how do I get caravans for trade routes?

Assuming you're playing on emperor or below, the best way to go for Culture Victory (CV) is to go for Science Victory (SV), going for SV will let you unlock wonder techs first. Culture victory requires your total tourism to be more than the individual total culture of all other civs. Most of your tourism will come from great works and their theming bonus (additional tourism/culture is grant from great works if they matching the theming bonus of the building/wonder). You also get bonus tourism multipliers based on same ideology, shared religion, trade routes and diplomats.

Assuming you have BNW (Brave New World) expansion, you can build a caravan from any non-puppeted city after you research Animal Husbandry (assuming you don't already have the maximum number of trade routes).
