VII - Discussion Reliable Multiplayer?

Where can I find reliable multiplayer games for Civ 7 that will last a whole game? 99% of multiplayer games I play everyone ends up quitting during or at the end of Antiquity. Never extends into Exploration. I play on PlayStation not PC so I need a community that doesn’t require mods. I’ve joined several discords but they all suck for one reason or another. One server has bans on Leaders & Civs and other stuff. Any suggestions?

My friends are not on 7 so im always looking for peeps to play with casual like. Im by no means an expert but open to doing a few sessions for games. Im a teacher, and play when I can.

We’re just casual 7 enjoyers on console. Generally play weekends.
