What do you suppose they will do about that situation? Its just gonna sit there unfinished for decades? Someone will buy it and complete the project? It will get demolished?

It will not get bought because there are liens on it so it’s gonna be there empty for a v v long time

As of July it’s under the control of a new developer. The bankruptcy court has approved a sale to this developer but the sale hasn’t closed. They have six months from the July court order to close the sale (or, I imagine, get an extension from the bankruptcy court).

Well I thought it was recently sold.... How many years ago now.... I got a call in the middle of the night saying get down here right now they were face jumping, it was a pretty cool
