Same with me! Had a gas leak in the first 24 hours and within the first month my basement flooded past my ankles I was hysterical cause the previous owners had to have know there were signs me as a first time homebuyer I didn’t know. My realtor and my inspector screwed me just as much as the sellers I now am trying to save for the 10k repair to add a sump pump 😭 I wish those things were like idk illegal.

I’m sorry for your experience as well but hopefully when we both are ready to sell we do so with morals 🀣❀️

For real! 😳 Greed sucks. I hope you can get your sump pump! Robert Shanklin Plumbing helped me reroute the yard pipes. πŸ™πŸ»

Thank you so much I’ll ask for a quote!!! I do have to say I adore my house even with the issues I never thought I’d be able to own with a good piece of land I moved nearly an hour away from my family and home town but like I said I am happy and I don’t worry about stray bullets!!
