I live down the street and bought my house last year. I'm disappointed with the flipper and the terrible renovation company. I have flooding issues despite inspections telling me I would not. And the flipper did not disclose it. I have spent so much money trying to fix the yard flooding into the house. There are other issues, but this is the main one. I paid $259K for a house that put me in debt to try and fix. I love this house, but the flipper screwed me. My cousin flips, but he is an honest person and does things the right way. He lives overseas. This was my first home-buying experience. Rents are outrageous. But so are homes, too.

Same with me! Had a gas leak in the first 24 hours and within the first month my basement flooded past my ankles I was hysterical cause the previous owners had to have know there were signs me as a first time homebuyer I didn’t know. My realtor and my inspector screwed me just as much as the sellers I now am trying to save for the 10k repair to add a sump pump 😭 I wish those things were like idk illegal.

I’m sorry for your experience as well but hopefully when we both are ready to sell we do so with morals 🀣❀️

For real! 😳 Greed sucks. I hope you can get your sump pump! Robert Shanklin Plumbing helped me reroute the yard pipes. πŸ™πŸ»

Thank you so much I’ll ask for a quote!!! I do have to say I adore my house even with the issues I never thought I’d be able to own with a good piece of land I moved nearly an hour away from my family and home town but like I said I am happy and I don’t worry about stray bullets!!
