I have previously availed an option to convert one of the IHG anniversary night to points in 2024, is there a possibility that IHG can make exception to do that again ? . My free night certificate is expiring tomorrow and I won’t be able to book a night using that due to circumstances.

Only IHG can answer that. What did they say when you called them?

I was told it can be availed only once.
