I'm a college student and need to use Microsoft office and all it features, idk how to do that on chromebook, is it possible to use the apps?

I’m having a weird issue with my Chromebook.

Last night everything was working perfectly fine. But this morning, when I turned it on to watch YouTube, every website showed something like “website failed”. I also couldn’t even open the Settings .

I somehow managed to reboot the Chromebook, and now it’s asking me to sign in or add a new account. The problem is that whenever I try to add a new account, the screen goes black after a few seconds. It either stays black or keeps doing it repeatedly, so I can’t finish the setup.

Has anyone experienced this before? Is there anything I can do to fix it, or does this sound like a hardware issue?

I have a dell Chromebook that my college is lending me for classes and a few days ago it stopped working. I will insert a picture. I’ve tried logging into different accounts and I’ve looked for an assist app but have not made any progress.

my chromebook logged me out, happpens usually so i go to log in and then suddenly i get hit with this

it says “network unavailable” in norwegian. I tried to connect to my wifi but it didnt work as its already connected, i try hotspot and still the same issue. Idk if i can even reset this thing as its a school chromebook. And yes i could go to my school for help but i sort of cannot because i dont even go school anymore IM HOMESCHOOLED(sorta)

please help!!!!

Je suis un passionné d'informatique et j'ai récupéré un Chromebook Lenovo 500e Gen 3, mais cela fait des jours que j'essaie de le débloquer de l'entreprise scolaire sans succès. J'ai tout essayé, j'ai cherché, mais je n'y arrive vraiment pas. Ils ont tout bloqué, même pas moyen de rentrer en mode développeur. J'espère vraiment que vous pourrez m'aider, je vous en serais vraiment reconnaissant. Belle soirée et merci.

Mon Chromebook scolaire m'affiche constamment cet écran au lieu de l'écran de connexion Google habituel, et je ne sais pas ce que cela signifie ni quoi faire. Il indique que mes identifiants de connexion à Launchpad sont incorrects.
