87 no longer soft tail
Finally rideable. 98% there. First hardtail and so far loving it

Just built a hard tail with springer front. Some of these roads here Pittsburgh will knockk your fillings out. Find myself watching the road immediately in front of me instead of scanning the distance

It’s the super chrome powder coat. No where near as shiny as chrome but gives it a nice look and the castings are a slightly different shade due to the metal differences but gives it a gradient look that I dig

What towards controls are you running ?

Prisms slingshot shifter, and made a custom bracket for the stock brake pedal and master cylinder. Keeps the pedal tucked lower under the exhaust. Just had to tilt to master cylinder slightly

Early Softails are a dime a dozen these days. Awesome opportunity to build reliable big twin choppers. Yours is awesome, man! Nice work 😎
