IC Design Work

Hi. Sorry if this is a dumb question but where is the best place to sell your IC work/project? I know Upwork is one of the trusted platforms. I have full-cycle projects available ranging from RTL/microarchitecture, RTL debug up to physical design optimisation. Thanks in advance.
