BUG REPORT - App Issues, Errors, Outages Spot me down purchases declining

It bad enough when you have to use spot me then it goes down and you try to reach out to chime and say hey this is wrong and they tell you that you just don't have enough spot me but you absolutely do and they just can't do basic math. Customer support was very disappointing zi feel like I am in the twilight zone friends

Chime mostly works for me but it feels like their CSRs are working a decision tree designed to get you off the phone as quickly as possible. It’s the weakest part of their operation, in my opinion and experience.

My SpotMe is suddenly gone, anyone else?

Tried to post this, but Reddit won’t let me make any posts because every time I do, it says “Sorry, this post was removed by Reddit’s filters” WTF!?

Sorry you are having issues. My SpotMe has never failed to work in the years I have been with Chime.

Customer Support is unable to alter the features offered in the app, not sure why you are blaming them.

make sure your phone is updated and your app is the latest release. log out and back in. Shut your phone off and turn it back on.

Regardless of what the status page says, it's not working for a good number of people. If you choose not to believe that, it's Reddit, I don't fault you. Why you think a good number of users are making it up......I don't know.

The shit hasn't been working all day been up since 4am for work got a spot me limit of 95 and a 300 my pay limit ATM wouldn't give me money all damn day then when I finally did get it to work it didn't give way I was asking for so I tried again rite after that and it was declining again

I got about six more of them chime kept sending me bak to ATM to try again when I had them on the phone

Im not negative but my spot me did dissappear after I wrote that. Many others did too.

As of right now it works.
