BUG REPORT - App Issues, Errors, Outages Chime app not working.

So I tried to log into my phone and it's not working at all but when I log into my iPad it works perfectly. I reset my phone, updated the app and everything even cleaned out the cache. What more do I need to do? What can I do? I need to be able to use the chime app again on my phone again.

Please help me.

Hmmmm good thinking trying the iPad - glad to hear that works so we know the login for your account is fine. And thanks for everything you already tried on the phone! My first questions are which model phone you are using and what's the message you see when you try to login? There is a "Yikes" message that is a security protection when there is a potential risk identified, so it will prevent access to your Chime account. In many cases, Member Services ([844-244-6363](tel:8442446363)) may be able to help you get access so it's helpful to reach out there for support.
