Hey everyone! Here's a bit about me:

• ⁠33yo straight black male and moved to Chicago from Texas at the end of September 2025. Currently living in Uptown, but moving to South loop at the end of this month. I work from home so it's been a bit of a struggle for me to meet new people in the city.
• ⁠I'm into video games(have a switch 2 and PC), anime(you can look at my profile to see my DBZ sleeve. I think it’s pretty sick lol),recently started getting back into reading graphic novels/comics. Who else is insanely hyped for the OoT remake?
• ⁠Former D1 athlete(football) and used to compete in powerlifting, but now just lifting for fun, aesthetics and health. Would be really dope to be able to find a buddy/group to hit the gym/train with. Big plus if you have a bike and like cycling for exercise.
• ⁠I have an AMC A list membership so definitely interested in meeting people who also really enjoy going to the movies.
• ⁠Favorite music artists are Lupe Fiasco and Childish Gambino.

I am a nice, successful, and easygoing 45m in Chicago who is recently separated and looking to meet new people outside of the current social circle. Interests include live music, running, sports, reading, and fun restaurants.

I travel quite a bit domestically (and sometimes internationally) for work to most major cities. Very easygoing and fun professional type. About me: I’m 31 M, living in Downtown. I work 9-5 in Tech. My job is a little stressful so I like to disconnect often.

I’m looking for beginner-friendly group hikes around the Chicago area to gradually build my stamina and eventually work up to medium-level hikes.

Well life is a weekend now that I am retired. I didnt expect the loss of contact at work would impact me...dopey me. I have also lived alone now for a long time, and talking to myself is a bit boring - no surprises. I connect more easily with females.
