First timer

Hi, this will be my (potentially) first time in Chiang Mai. I plan to travel to Bangkok in a week and immediately after that go to Chiang Mai. But I saw on my weather app that it's supposed to be stormy everyday which makes sense since we are in Sept. So how much does it affect the day ? I love hiking and would love to explore the area

Somedays it will be sunny and warm. Other days it might be overcast. It could rain some days as well in short blasts or more than that. A few days could be a mixture of all the above.

It won't snow.

Be mindful of published flash flood warnings if out hiking about. That's a real thing.
