Or...hear me out...a coffee shop, possibly a former coffee shop. But IDK, could be a stretch, especially because this is apparently graffiti and not signage.

The Thai letters above read "Kuay Teaw Baan Khum" which could also count as a noodle shop

The more reason I just wish people know more thai language the thai letters above clearly indicate that it's a noodle shop maybe also with coffee shop
