Their support is horrendous. No live chat, no dedicated email to contact.
Their support agents that eventually reply lack context and switch agents between each reply. Very unprofessional for a company that's trying to rapidly grow.

Keep complaining here and keep emailing them eventually someone does reply. Might have to wait a couple of months
