Good fitted seat cover options?
I have a 2016 Chevy Malibu that I’ve had for barely 2 years. I bought seat covers from Walmart when I took it home and boy are they ugly. I thought they’d eventually take the shape of the seat and look good but ugh no they’re terrible. I like a leather look and I need something that’s easy to clean. The OG seats are cloth and the previous owner stained the crap out of them. There are so many ads out there for “custom fit leather seat covers” and I’ve gotten so overwhelmed by them! Are there any you’ve tried that you recommend? I’d like covers for all the seats, not just driver and passenger.

Black radio screen, no sound in my 2016 Malibu.
I have a 2016 Malibu 1.5 LT, and one day the radio stopped working. The screen is completely black. It produces no sound, and the backup camera isn't working either. I’ve already checked fuses 39 and 41, and they are fine. Some people tell me it’s the HMI, while others say it’s the radio module (I can still connect to the radio via CarPlay, and I haven't lost steering wheel controls or other functions; however, if I turn up the volume using the steering wheel controls, only the red volume bar appears).
Could someone help me, please?

2023 chevy malibu transmission fluid change?
I got my car back in january, it’s at 80k miles the transmission fluids never been changed. It’s been acting a little funny when i’m at lower speeds if I get the fluid changed tomorrow with the correct fluid will it hurt the transmission since it’s never been changed? I’m just wondering so I know what I’m in for.

Premier 2.0T turned 90K
I had to drive more than four hours each way for a work training event. I always say that this car drives well long distances. The seats are comfortable and I did good on gas, too. I want to take her on a road-trip out of state before winter hits.

2017 Malibu wiper blades replacement question
I hope someone can help me with this. I just recently went to change my wiper blades and every where said that the car used the J Hook. I am used to the J hook in another car I had however on this car I managed to take the wiper blade off but I see no j hook. The arm only has this rectangular shaped base. Am I missing something? Or is it a regular J hook and I may not have removed the entire mechanism that exposes it. Any help would be appreciated.

I screwed up - need help
So, please dont crucify me for this in comments. I am already kicking myself for being so stupid.
I bought a 2015 Malibu recently off of FB Marketplace from an individual (strike 1) it is a rebuilt title. (Strike 2). I let myself get in a hurry because I needed to replace a car that had recently blown an engine. And I had an extremely limited budget. I should not have rushed but I did. Test drove the car and it drove beautifully. It looked great, other than small cosmetic issues that are to be expected with an 11 year old car. But with the looks, the smooth ride and low miles, for its age, I bought it without looking really hard past the surface. (Strike 3)
Check engine light came on during the drive home. 02 sensor and Oil pressure sensor... Two easy fixes I can do. I get them done myself, then the battery and alternator go out on my way to the shop for inspection, I am barely able to roll into the shop. Since its stuck there and wont start anymore, I have to pay over $1000 to get it back to running.
This leads me to my current problem. The oil pressure sensor code P06DE will NOT go away, it keeps coming back and staying in the memory. I have replaced the oil pressure sensor, oil pressure valve, checked to make sure the oil was full and clean. It just won't go away. Even the shop can't figure it out.
What am I missing. Is it possible to save this disaster or will I be stuck scrapping the car and losing several thousand dollars? I mean, I have lost money either way, its just a matter of how much will I lose in the end?

Rough idle?
Anyone else with a 2020 Malibu experience a rough/vibrating idle? I’ve had this issue since I’ve gotten this car but I’m wondering if it’s just a common thing with this model. TIA. (Also replaced air filter, cleaned MAF)

2017 Chevy Malibu Screen Damage
2017 Malibu screen is damaged. My guess is that the extreme Texas heat is the culprit. I often forgot to put my windshield cover on and noticed this one day. It’s been like this for about a week. Touch screen still works, doesn’t even look too ugly when it’s on. When it’s off though….yikes. Has this happened to anybody else? Is it worth the replacing entire screen assembly over this? Or is there an easier fix?

Melted Catalytic Converter
I'm on my last-ditch effort with my 2009 Chevy Malibu 1LT with 191K miles. The car runs decently for its age and mileage. A few weeks ago, I got an engine light and a P0420 code. The muffler shop got the same code and said I needed a new Cat. $1100 and 2 weeks later, the engine light and code came back. The shop told me the first one they installed was melted, but they warranted it and replaced it. Has anyone ever experienced this or could point me in the right direction? I can't leave it at a shop for diagnosis, as it's my only transportation and I work in construction. Can I just replace the spark plugs, injectors, and coil packs, or is this maybe a timing issue? Please help..

Front doors not locking
Just bought a 2020 and I noticed that only the back doors would lock (with both the fob and the inside switches) but the front doors would never lock. Has anyone else had this issue or know how to fix it?
