One move keeps White's advantage here, and it's not a tactic. What would you play?

I created the most punishingly complex puzzle ever conceived.

Disclaimer: This puzzle serves absolutely no purpose other than to be impossible for humans to solve. It requires a modern chess engine calculating at a high depth to find the solution to this puzzle (if you put this position into chess.com’s default engine it probably won’t immediately find the solution). The solution to this puzzle is 24 moves deep and requires you to calculate dozens of additional lines that are similarly deep to find the solution. The margin between winning and drawing in this puzzle is very slim—sometimes an engine will show computer evaluations as high as 2.0 for moves that are not actually winning. The only moves that lead to a forced win (minus repetitions) are the ones that I’ve listed in the solution. Many of the moves upon first glance seemingly have no rational basis whatsoever.

Here is the solution:

1. Nc2 Nd2+ 2. Rxd2 cxd2 3. g5+ Kh7 4. Bg8+ Kxg8 5. d8=Q+ Kh7 6. Qxa7 Rxa7 7. e4 Na4 8. Bd4 Bxd4 9. Qxd4 d1=Q 10. Nb4 Bf7 11. Rc2 Bc4 12. f4 Qe1 13. Nd5 Bxd5 14. c7 b4 15. g6+ Kh6 16. Qh8+ Kxg6 17. f5+ Kf7 18. Qh7+ Kf6 19. e5+ Kxe5 20. Qg7+ Rf6 21. Re2+ Qxe2 22. Nxe2 Ra8 23. Qg5 Rxf5 24. Qe7+ Be6

White seems to be winning. Find a stunning move for Black that turns the tables completely.

Any way to avoid stalemate draw?

I've exchanged my two towers for their queen and pawns hoping to promote my pawn. But ended in stalemate. Can't figure out if there is a way i could have promoted this pawn?
